Collection: Reese’s

What is Reese’s? In short: the iconic combination of peanut butter and chocolate in the form of small “cups.” That balance of sweet and slightly salty has made Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups an American classic that we also love in Europe.

Where does the brand come from? Reese’s originates from the United States, specifically Pennsylvania, where confectioner H. B. Reese started the “cups” story in 1928. That’s why Reese’s is often referred to as a USA classic in our selection of American chocolate and the wider range of American sweets.

A short history — without the technicalities: from a kitchen experiment to a pop-culture icon, Reese’s quickly conquered America and the world. Today the brand lives under The Hershey Company, so even products like our Reese’s Peanut Butter belong to the same family.

How to choose your Reese’s

For the “reference” bite, go with 2 Cups or the more generous 4 Cups. If you like more filling, try the Big Cup, and if you prefer a softer, milkier note, go for White. For a crunchy “bar” format, reach for Sticks or the indulgent Nutrageous. Love new releases? Check out Big Cup Caramel or the playful PB&J Grape.

Why Reese’s stays on trend

Reese’s delivers just the right balance of textures and flavors: creamy peanut butter, smooth chocolate, and handy packs for sharing. The brand keeps playing with formats and limited editions, so our Reese’s collection often features fresh hits. For a breakfast with a Reese’s twist, try Reese’s Puffs, and for snacking, go for Dipped Pretzels.

How to serve and pair them

Perfect for a movie night, a work break, or a small dessert after lunch. Pair Reese’s with a chilled drink from our American drinks or create a sweet-and-salty contrast with American salty snacks.

Who makes Reese’s Peanut Butter?

Reese’s is a brand owned by The Hershey Company, and Reese’s Peanut Butter is part of the same line as the Cups — that’s why the flavors naturally complement each other in homemade desserts.
